Notice to Members – Post Decision Calling In:
Members are reminded that, should they wish to call in any decisions made on items* on this agenda, notice must be given to Democratic Services by 4:00 pm on Thursday, 25 July 2024.
*With the exception of matters that have been the subject of a previous call in, require Full Council approval or are urgent, which are not subject to the call-in provisions. Any called in items will be considered by the Customer and Corporate Services Scrutiny Management Committee.

1. Declarations of Interest |

At this point in the meeting, Members and co-opted members are asked to declare any disclosable pecuniary interest, or other registerable interest, they might have in respect of business on this agenda, if they have not already done so in advance on the Register of Interests. The disclosure must include the nature of the interest.
An interest must also be disclosed in the meeting when it becomes apparent to the member during the meeting.

(2) Disclosable pecuniary interests relate to the Member concerned or their spouse/partner.
(3) Members in arrears of Council Tax by more than two months must not vote in decisions on, or which might affect, budget calculations, and must disclose at the meeting that this restriction applies to them. A failure to comply with these requirements is a criminal offence under section 106 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

To consider the exclusion of the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the following:
Annex A to Agenda Item 13 and Annexes G and H of Agenda Item 15 on the grounds that they contains information relating to Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information). This information is classed as exempt under paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as revised by The Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006).

14. Council house acquisitions and disposals policy |

This reports seeks Executive approval to adopt an acquisitions and disposals policy for a small number of council houses, with all sales proceeds from disposals being ringfenced for the acquisition of replacement homes.

15. Update on the Housing Delivery Programme including making strategic use of land assets |

|
|
This report provides an update on the Housing Delivery Programme, including an overview of those sites being developed or held for future delivery within the programme. In addition, the report sets out progress on sites to be delivered by other Registered Providers as well as self and community builders, made possible through Council land disposals.
